My Voice by Tammy Lang Jensen
Some go about your day with drive, determination and purpose. While others seem to flounder around, as if lost in a sea of confusion. Unsure if they hear My voice, unsure of their calling or purpose.

I would say first, get quiet and listen for My voice. "My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow Me!" (John 10:27). The Master has a beautiful plan, designed just for you. For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago (Ephesians 2:10).

The creator of the universe is concerned about your affairs. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make straight your path (Proverbs 3:6). Will you choose the good portion, will you listen to the Father's advice? "Thus says the Lord: stand by the roads and look, and ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is; and walk in it and find rest for your souls. But they said, we will not walk in it." (Jeremiah 6:16).

How patient our Savior is, how tolerant of our wayward ways. Seeking that all should be found and feet planted firmly on the rock. On the solid foundation of Christ I stand, all other ground is sinking sand (Matthew 7:24-27). My steps have held fast to your paths; my feet have not slipped (psalm 17:6). The Father pulls us in with his steadfast love, and gently guide us with his righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10).

Suddenly your path becomes clear, it was there all along. Quietly hidden behind our selfish desires, just beyond the storm clouds. The veil has been pulled back (2 Corinthians 3:16), the clouds have rolled away (revelation 6:14). I desire the father's heart, my needs lined up with His. Sold out to a Savior, that calls me His queen. The one true living God, the King above all Kings (1 Timothy 1:17).....
