Edge Unsharpened by John Hagee

Are you settling for mediocrity? If you are successful, you will learn to do the things you hate to achieve the things you love.

Edge Unsharpened by John Hagee
Ecclesiastes 10:10
If the ax is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is needed, but skill will bring success.
Champions are willing to do the things they hate to achieve the things they love. Athletes run wind sprints to achieve the win. They will run the same course over and over again until their technique is perfected. If they want to win, they have to become disciplined in their sport; they have to give it their all.

Are you running the race of life like a well-seasoned champion, or are you just sitting around, hoping that one day you might get close to the finish line? Are you settling for mediocrity? If you are successful, you will learn to do the things you hate to achieve the things you love.

You pay the price for getting better, stronger, faster. But you pay a greater price for staying the same. In Jesus' name, try something new even if you do it wrong. Success is the progressive achievement of worthwhile goals that fulfill your divine purpose in life.

God desperately wants you to thrive in all that you do, that your life may honor Him. Seek out godly success and know that this will take you much farther than anything you could possibly do on your own!
